This workshop consists of two separate workshops with two classes each for a total of 4 classes. The first workshop will be focused on the sales part of your customer life cycle while the second workshop will focus on customer maintenance for a complete customer life cycle. This will focus on implementing a customer relationship management (CRM) system. The concepts of a CRM will be taught and what implementing a CRM in your business to support your sales and complete customer life cycle. Most CRMs are very flexible and are adaptable to any business model. You will learn how to integrate your CRM into your business for successful remote sales and service. This workshop will also cover how to create powerful online business meetings through the use of remote meeting technologies, such as Zoom.
