Starting a business can a complex and expensive endeavor. One way to control your startup/operating expenses and streamline processes is to use proven tools to help test your idea.
In this multiple-part workshop, we will lead you through the LivePlan business planning tool. This tool teaches you to lean in your idea, define your customer, determine your market potential, and complete a pitch deck to share your idea effectively. Additionally, LivePlan offers you the ability to take on-demand workshops tailored to each section of your business plan.
Market research techniques and resources will be discussed to help you validate your business idea and ultimately prepare to test your concept.
After finishing this workshop, you will have all the tools needed to complete a business plan! Along with additional consultation opportunities, you are likely ready to get your business started! Having your financials, business plan, and everything together will be a great asset when applying for funding.
