Small Business Accounting with Wave
Are looking to sharpen your accounting knowledge, or find a easy to use digital platform? Every entrepreneur should have a basic understanding of accounting and with this workshop you will learn just that! In this three-part workshop, we cover some of the basics of accounting and pair those lessons with an accounting software called “Wave”.
This course will occur in three sessions:
- Sept. 29th 5:30pm to 6:30pm
- Oct.6th 5:30pm to 6:30pm
- Oct. 13th 5:30pm to 6:30pm
Similar to other online accounting software, Wave is a system here to help you improve the quality of finances and help reduce the burden of business accounting! This course is lead my our friend Cathy from Gonzaga University. She will walk you through the set up of your Wave account, how to enter information, use quote and invoicing tools, sync with your bank account, and how to generate your sales reports, financial statements and so much more. Tips to prepare for the first session:
- Gmail or Outlook emails seem to work better than aol or yahoo
- Review Wave here.
- Be prepared to take notes
- Log in to Zoom 10 minutes before the start of class to avoid technical delays.
